Clear guidelines for a smooth event experience

What is your Event Cancellation policy?

In the rare event of a cancellation or rescheduling, ticket holders will be notified via email and social media as soon as possible. If the event is cancelled, full refunds will be issued automatically. If rescheduled, your ticket will remain valid for the new date.

What is your Identification policy?

Guests attending events where alcohol is served must be 19 years of age or older and present valid government-issued photo ID upon entry. No exceptions. Failure to provide valid ID will result in denied entry without a refund.

What is your Photography & Videography policy?

By attending a WAM Events experience, you consent to being photographed, recorded and/or live streamed. Photos and video may be used for promotional purposes across digital, print, and social media platforms.

What is your Security policy?

Your safety is our top priority. All events are staffed with trained personnel, and security measures are in place to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests. We reserve the right to remove any individual who poses a disruption or safety concern.

What is your Ticketing & Refunds policy?
